To break it down I am a mid twenties single male and Talbert Woods is perfect for me. I could not be happier with my apt and the staff.
From the minute I came looking at what was available I was treated better here than any other complex in any city I have lived in. Reasonalbe rent and fees. The one bedroom on the top floors are the most unique one bedrooms you will find outside of buying a condo.
As for the Nascar Tech kids...
Well yeah there are some here but they have been weeding them out as of late. The noise problems are not a huge problem. The parking lot is a bit dangerous for children if they are unmonitored mind you.
I have had no maintenace issues at all.
My only problem so far has been parking, there doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces for the qamount of units that are offered.
I will say there are some complexes with better looking landscaping that I think would help the overall appearance here, but I will trade the landscaping any day for all the other benefits I have here at Talbert.
I have recommended this complex to 4 different sets of renters and they have all moved in and are very happy here!
