The apartments are crap. We lived in a BRAND NEW townhouse...never lived in before, and there were patches all over the wall and they didn't even bother to paint it. The walls were crooked, the door to the second bedroom wouldn't shut. There is no installation (literally) in the walls. (We would talk to our neighbor through the wall and could hear our other neighbor use the bathroom.) There was a hole in the wall where the cable outlet was and you can could see into the neighbors apartment. After we moved in, we found a lot of other apartments that were nicer and cheaper. NTI kids are always speeding through the parking lot and party at all hours of the night. They use to wake up my newborn on a regular basis. We have found bottle rockets on our cars and have had our vehicles vandalized. Also, there are a lot of break-ins. We lived backed up to the woods and they never kept up the back part. The weeds would literally grow 6 feet tall and we would have to call multiple times to have it cut.
