This place is billed higher than it deserves. The rent is way to high for the level of living here. Between the NTI students and children of parents who just dont care this development is a JOKE. You will not get any help from the office as they cannot keep a staff there. They have lost 2 managers and two assistant managers in 6 months. And they make up front promises to get you to sign the lease that they WILL NOT follow through with. I heard the TWO yes votes in this survey was submitted by the people in the rental office here.
Noise here ALL NIGHT LONG. There has been break in's and vandalisim. As well as a young couple had sex in the pool area bathroom when it was very crowded. IT IS JUST A ZOO HERE!
You can hear RIGHT through the walls. The insulation between units is horrible.
Think twice before renting here.
