Where do I begin, this place is so bad. They try to advertise like they are this high and sophisticated place but it could not be further from the truth.

The office is nice until you sign on the dotted line and then good luck trying to get anything done. Or good luck finding anyone in the office who knows anything or stays there longer than 3 months.

They allow NTI students to move in 3-4 to an apartment and they are not governed by any of the rules laid out in the lease. They can do anything they want.

There has been many many vandelisms to cars and problems with deliquents. Call the Mooresville Police Department and ask them about Talbert Woods. ASk them to see all the incident reports.

My advise to you........DO NOT MOVE HERE. Not at all what they paint it to be.
