...for what you get. The townhouse rented was a brand-new unit. The noise was incredible, you could hear not only conversations, but the sounds of drawers closing, alarm clocks, tv's, restroom activities, and more. It presented bright and clean, but was a disappointment once moved in. The weatherstripping on the door fell off quickly, allowing for insects to become a problem and when the office was asked about the noise levels between units, we were told the firewall runs every second unit and consists of a sheet of drywall that runs up to the rafters - there was no additional insulation or sound barrier between units. There were a series of break-ins during our stay as well and parking was problematic, if you got to the door in front of your unit early enough, you could park there, otherwise you had to walk (parking spaces were not reserved in front of your door, only encouraged as a 'courtesy' in the renters info package). Accessibility was a problem at certain times of the day as well, with it's location near NTI, the student traffic was awful around 1:30 and 8:00p.m. on weekdays, blocking both access roads to the facility and making left-hand turns difficult.

On a positive note, the office staff at that time was courteous and polite, offering different social activities for residents at the clubhouse. The maintenance staff were professional and helpful in resolving unit problems.
