Dont even think about renting at talbert woods. There is a sherrif that lives in the complex, but your car will still get vadalized and the little kids will still ride their bikes into your cars. Where are the parents' who knows! Complain about your neigbor and it gets worse and your car will get vadalized. want more than one pet' sure go ahead, the office pays no attention even when you tell them repeatedly your lease states 1 pet they let you have 3 and disturb the whole neigborhood. Complain about it and it gets worse. You can break all the rules, and the good neighbors the ones that follow the rules are the ones forced to leave. People work on cars in the middle of the parking lot blocking the mailbox. Ask them to move and you get yelled at. The office doesnt care. You can talk to your neigbors through the walls. The apartments are infested with spiders, silverfish and ants, all year around. There is mold because they have no gutters and water leaks in under the door. Oh and i had a free washer and dryer that never worked right. Some promotion...can you imagine some people pay for those every month'!! All in all you can have all the problems in the world, the office doesnt care and doesnt have to keep up their end of the lease, but a lease is a lease! Dont forget that, and they wont let you, believe me! Oh and dont pay your rent late, or you will pay a large percentage more for the remainder of your lease. Worst place i have ever lived. Also you cant rely on the office because they change employees every 3 months! Wonder why' probably cant take the heat in the kitchen. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
