Lived there for 2 yrs, had constant problems with AC not working, ants, silver fish, and the noise. Management was great when Greg was there, but management changes every few months. I guess this is how they keep the truth about this place from getting out, switch management. Had a neighbor that moved in but didnt have adequate handicap parking or ramps for her autistic child. I could go on and on about the negetives. They had a park for the kids, but it was ran down so they cleared it. Kids would play in the road, scratch cars u name it. Complaints always feel on deaf ears. AND IF U ARE A GOOD TENNANT FORGET U GET WORSE TREATMENT. The end building are sinking, stress cracks forming in structure, Maintance man even told me that the apts. near the pond might only last about 10more years.
NEVER EVER RENT AT THIS PLACE, TRUST ME. GO LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX BEFORE GOING HERE AT LEAST U KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING AND HOPEFULLY WITH THIS REVIEW U WILL KNOW WHAT U WILL GET AT TALBERT WOODS. !!!!!!SLUM!!!!!!
