Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The mgmt went up $35 for renewing our lease -we have 2 pets and they went up on their rent. Too many NASCAR kids-1st time away from the parents-parties, loud music. They should make this property into a dorm. $500.00 moves a kid in-thats not what I had to pay. Anytime you let mgmt know about a probelm their response is "I'll check into it". Never happens. I would not recommend moving here. Not enough parking spaces. Grounds are not kept up. They've hired some old lady & she is rude. Think twice there are many other locations where the mgmt will treat you right.
