Waterlynn Ridge is the best place to live in the Mooresville area. The office staff is extremely helpful and offers great customer service. The maintenance staff is great too! The place is beautiful, the grounds, the apartments,the pool, clubhouse,everything is so new and clean and the landscaping is beautiful. It is only five minutes away from I-77. I went to several other apartment coummunities. When I came to Waterlynn Ridge I knew right away this was the place for my wife and I. You can not go wrong living here.
