In about 3 and a half years, we have lived in 5 homes and this is so far the best community we have lived in. The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly. I had initial problems about my daughter's school bus not stopping at the entrance (like we thought it would) but at a construction place at the back of the community. The office staff went out of their way, they even contacted school authorities to help us. They gave us all the documents needed and finally now, the bus comes to the office building for pick up/drop off. I do agree that there is dog poop in a lot of places because of irresponsible pet owners, but I dont see what the management can do about it. Pet owners should be responsible citizens. Well, if you can catch them at it red-handed then I guess you could do something.. otherwise how will you know whom to actually punish' If you have been in apartments then you would know that all apartments have some noises from the second floor and I would consider that normal. If you cannot bear that, then a townhouse would be best for you. We are moving to another state and this is the first time I am sad to leave a place. The best I've personally experienced.
