I lived here 3 years and found it very nice. It is a little pricey but well managed. I had a couple of problems and they got on them instantly. Location is in the middle of nowhere but right on Davis Drive. Since it is owned by a big corporation they do not let mantainence issues slide. Since it is right under a cell phone tower, you do not need a phone line if you already own a cell phone.
