The company that took over Alta Seasons, Weinstein properties absouletly sucks. They charge out the ass for everything to make up their budget. The office staff are horrible especially the new property manager and the asistant manager who has been their since they took over. They would argue with a dead horse to make themselves look better and make themselves appear more intelligent. So don't be suprised if you don't get a straight answer about something. My advise is to not rent here.
