When we first came to visit Alta Seasons everything was great. The office staff was so friendly and welcoming. We loved the apt. and couldn't wait to move in. The first yr. was great until they changed mgmt. to Weinstein Properties then everything went down hill from there. They fired all of the wonderful friendly staff that worked in the office, they became slack about maintenance issues, and did nothing to show appreciation to their good tenants. Our neighbor moved out of his apt. in a hurry and left all of his furniture in the stairway and we called maintence twice to let them know b/c we had already had problems with snakes and didn't want to attract any other pests. Basically they told us that they would get to it whenever(2 wks. later), right before a new tenant was interested in the apt. We've also noticed that the upkeep on the apt. units isn't what it was as Alta Seasons. They used to have a regular maintenance schedule where they changed air filters, checked smoke detectors, sprayed for bugs/pests inside and out. Not once since it has been Bexley Park have they done that. We had to go out and buy our own spray for pest control. Now a 1 1/2 yrs. later we are anticpating leaving. Entirely too much money to be paying for them not to be on top of their ----!!! From the Penthouse to the Projects.
