Loved old management company From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 1 response   The old management company, I think it was TCRS, was GREAT!! They replied promptly to every work request. The new management company is very slow to reply and when they do they don't communicate whether the problem will be fixed. The staff was a lot more personable before also. I don't feel like the present staff wants to know the residents. The property still looks good and I do like the floorplans, just not the management.
