When I moved in almost 3 yrs ago this was called Sterling Green. I enjoyed living here, the staff was friendly, they knew my name, said hello in passing. Since Weinstein has taken over, the staff was fired and the new staff is rude after you have signed your lease. If you need something done, like you have a leak, replace a mail key...it would make since to walk a few yards from my apt. and ask the leasing office to repair or get another key, but no...you have to call Richmond, stay on hold and put the order in for whatever yourself. Even if you go into the office they tell you to call it in and they can't do anything to help you. Also, recently there was a hostage situation involving a gun, the clubhouse caught on fire due to no lightning rod, just a stupid rooster on top. They are dropping the rates so much that several unemployed people and families with way too many members are moving in. My 11 yr old daughter has been sexually harrassed by 13 yr boys when getting off the school bus. When I moved in, most of the tenants were professionals, now this is a lower class living area. The staff is constantly making excuses to check out the apts. every 2 - 3 months, I have asked that they wait until I am there to enter my apt, but they still come in when I am not home. I have always paid my rent and am a good tentant, so why am I paying $200 more a month for the same apt as my neighbors' The pool was also closed a lot of the summer. The noise is a factor...if you like lawn mowers b/f 9am on your day off, the loud train and jets overhead you will be fine. I don't smoke but my neighbors do and it comes into the master closet where all my clothes are and master bath. 2 weeks ago I was coming out of the shower and there was a man on a ladder looking into my 2nd story apt! The pool area is very dark and scary at night. I cannot wait to move out of this place, be smart, no matter the deal they give you, because you will end up getting it in the end.

I went to Brooke (one of several managers that come and go) about the smoke in my apt and she told me "that's just what you get with apt living".
