I've been here for almost a year and haven't had any real problems. The convenience to RTP and the shopping center across the street are the primary advantages. I also thought rent was a pretty good deal, but I moved here from another state so I can't speak to how it compares to other nearby apartments.

Like others, I thought the maintenance request system was a little weird. But it's really simple to fill out the form online. All of my maintenance requests (all minor, like replacing fluorescent lights) have been taken care of within 2-3 days. I saw someone comment that they don't do routine maintenance here, and that has not been the case in my experience. They have already performed a routine inspection on my apartment 2-3 times since I've been here.

The office staff doesn't seem overly friendly, but not rude either. I pretty much only interact with them to get packages and pay rent.

I hear a fair amount of noise from neighbors, but that's been the case in every apartment I've lived in. I swear my upstairs neighbors were dropping bowling balls at 11PM last night!

Summary: This is a perfectly adequate place to live, especially if you like a 3 minute drive to work.
