I had a very bad transfer experience from another Weinstein Property to Bexley Park. But the staff at Bexley Park were very courteous and helpful in the situation. They worked diligently to ensure that the apartment I was to move into was ready as soon as possible (eventhough the other complex screwed up my move dates so I was not expected for 2 more weeks). They were very concerned about my accomodations and were helpful and resourceful with helping me find another place of residence due to the foul up by the old apt. complex.
I would recommend Bexley Park to someone looking to live near RTP and Cary. I used to live here when it was Alta Seasons and had no problems. Living in an apt will come with the occassional noise, lawn mowers in the morning etc. But no one can boast about being as quiet as a mouse all the time, and people would complain too, if the grass was overgrown. If you really hate apartment living so badly, stop complaining and buy a single family house. That way you won't have to wait for the maintenance man, b/c you will be him, you won't have to worry about noise, except the fact that you neighbors have the RIGHT to mow their grass whenever they want to. Just realize that somethings will come with the territory.
