I have lived in Bexley Park for about a year. Overall, the actual apartment is great. There are high ceilings, crown molding, a double vanity, and the rooms are a good size. However, not much insulation. You can constantly hear the neighbors above you. I do understand that I'm in an apartment and there will be noise at times, but when it sounds like the neighbors are in your own apartment that's just ridiculous.

The maintenance staff is okay, not the best, not the worst. However, the maintenance system they have in place is definitely worth changing. You have to call off-site to submit your request, they then relay the request to the office staff. The problem is that the message is almost never relayed. Or perhaps it's relayed and just never gets done. 95 % of the time, I have had to go directly to the office to submit my request. Just be prepared to submit any maintenance request at least twice and IN PERSON. The office staff very seldom answers the phone.

The overall grounds are nice (some areas aren't as well lit as others) and parking is good. Neighbors are friendly too. I think it's an overall okay complex, but I'm sure you could find something just a little nicer for the same price in the area.
