Bexley Park was a nicely maintained community with friendly staff but over the course of the past year, the quality of life there has been changing significantly.

Even though they distribute numerous flyers addressing trivial issues, the management does not promote the respect of rules that are key to a good quality of life. As a result, that community is progressively losing its value to renters.

When you pay rent of the order of $1,000/month, what you hope to buy is a quiet and clean environment. This used to be the case until a year or so ago.

Now, the noise levels have gone up very significantly (noisy neighbors, banging car stereos at all hours, dogs barking) and you will find trash bags in front of the apartment doors, left there by neighbors for days. The management is not responsive at all to these issues and as a result, the quality of life at Bexley starts ressembling that of much cheaper apartment communities, even though the rent prices remain very high.

Unless the management takes action to correct the current decay in the quality of this community, don't get fooled by the "luxury apartments" label. Noise and trash in the staircases do not rime with luxury...
