The parking situation is unbearable. When you speak to the manager about it she just gives you the same answer over and over again. She claims that her corporate office is aware of the situation however they have no plans to rectify the situation. She continues to just agree with you to make you happy. I have offered several suggestions in regards to a play area for the older children in the community since they are not allowed to play around cars, in parking lots or in common areas. I was told that adding a play area would be unsightly and hazardous. If you want a current residents opinion, don't rent here! Find a complex where the MANAGER ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT MORE THAN HERSELF.
