After moving in 2 weeks, my car got stolen. it was thanksgiving, and imagine how painful it could be. It was Honda Accord Sedan. I had only liability and I did not get single penny from Geico. I bought new honda then. 3 months later, thief smashed again and stole CD/Cassette player. I had $500 deductible, meaning insurance kicks off after that. Unfortunately, damage was < $500 and paid full from my pocket. Same night there were 2 more breakins and 1 more car disappeared. After 2 months, there was another incidence of car robbery. During my stay of 6 months, I had witnessed 3 incidence, twice with me. We dont expect management to install security gates or cameras if it is isolated incidence. But this is reoccuring. If you complaint to manager, she will say we had notified Morrisville PD and asked them for more patrolling. So for couple of nights you will see patrolling between 8and 10pm (not after that, its time to goto bed). After 1st incident, my wife couldn't sleep properly a single night. She lost 30 pounds without dieting. Though Morrisville PD is 1.5 mile away there is no security. I still have 2 case numbers from Morrisville PD.

Other disadvantages,
1) have you seen "My Cousin Vinny"' yes, you can hear aeroplanes, trains, firetrucks all night long. During daytime, enjoy noisy landscapers and construction vehicles.
2) No gas station or supermarkets (except expensive Harris teeter) nearby. Extra cost towards gas.
3)Water bills very high. $52 for 2 people with no washer/dryer, pets, or plants.
4)Manager rude, like she don't care.
5)Carpets are thin and dirty.
