If you live here or are thinking about living here; be sure to keep copies of everything. If the staff tells you a pro-rated amount or a move out date, get them to write it down and sign it (and you can sign it too). They will be hestitate and might look at you funny, but trust me. They seem to lose things up there.

For your move-out inspection... BE THERE (even if they say you don't have to be) and get a copy of the inspection before you step foot off the property. Things can magically change at Bexley Park and you might end up paying for something you didn't do.
