Do not move here. The apartments are infested with roaches. I saw a complaint about this before I moved in and dismissed it. DONT! I am eating off of paper plates because I've seen roaches on my dishes!!
On top of that, should you ever need assistance from management, you will be pushed around and dealt excuses. This is not "luxury" by any means of the name "Bexley Park LUXURY Apartment Homes." I will be moving out as soon as my lease runs out. I am looking into hiring a lawyer to move out sooner. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I read a previous post that said Meera is now the Manager. That goes to show the turnover they are having and the poor office staff since they just got a new Manager in April '08 named Tanya or something like that. Yeah, I had a couple of bugs and I wasn't even on the 1st floor. I didn't recommend this apartment complex in my previous post either.

When I moved to Bexley Park, I was unaware that the previous tenant in my unit left because of the bug problem. Since the day I have moved in, I am suffering from the bug problem. I will suggest not to come to Bexley because I do not want others to suffer like me. I wish someone would have told me about this problem before!!! When some one says Bugs in Bexley Park, it doesn’t mean one or two or ten. It means a lot… Come to Bexley Park only if you are comfortable living with bugs!!! Oh ya, and also if you want to waste your weekends killing the bugs and cleaning the mess after it. And exposing yourself, now and then, to pesticide. It is not only my problem. It is the same for many others. So, do not come here!!

Bexley Park is a really awsome place to live. I have not seen a roach and didnt even know they had an exterminating company. I have asked other residents in my building and surrounding and they are not aware of this. Management has been nothing but helpful to me and I'm renewing my lease for another year.
