Apartment was actually not too bad. Noise level was okay. Neighbors were good, everyone just minds their own business. Area seems safe. They do charge for trash/water/sewer which pretty much makes up for the difference in rent. Rent seems low, but when you add up the water/sewer/trash bill, it's about the same price as the other apartments, if not more. They will charge for every little nitch, small stain, blind bent, EVERYTHING when you leave. So I suggest being there for the final inspection. All stains pretty much are removed at the time they clean it, but some stains come right back up after you move in. That's what happened to me and I ended up getting charged for it. They took my deposit plus some. I've stayed in 5 different apartments and this was probably the most that I've been unhappy after a move.
