I have lived here for two years now and it was all good in the beginning. The staff changes every couple of months and they will feed you all kinds of lies. When I first moved here they said that they would pressure wash twice a year. It has not been done once since I've been living here. They charge you for EVERYTHING when its time for you to move out. I transferred from one apartment to another and they tried to charge me for the carpet, mind you there was only a little stain. Anyway, the state of North Carolina tenant law states that the carpet and painting is to be handeled by the landlord. They CANNOT charge you for normal wear and tear. When I told them that, the fee magically disappeared. Yeah. I have mold growing in my windows now. I have read other reviews that state the same thing. The windows are drafty, therefore you will sweat in the summer and freeze in the winter. I will ALWAYS read reviews of apartments before I move there. EVERY review that I have read about this place is true. STAY AWAY!!!!
