My neighbor told me about this website and some of the outrageous reviews written. So I decided to check it out. I can t believe what idiots some people are. First off damage charges are your responsibility, don t ruin your apartment. You can also choose to do a walkthrough with maintenance when you move out. As for the lease renewals, if they are drastic the front office always tries to negotiate with their boss about it. I have lived here for 5 years and am going on another renewal and they have done their best to help me out. I hope when reviewing this website people keep in mind that the negative comments are probably just written in spite.
