I have only lived at Bexley Park for a few months, but I really hate it here.

First of all, we were shown a unit and told it was exactly like the unit we would be renting, on move in day, our unit was soooo different from the one we were shown and the office only suggested that we choose not to move in or move to a bigger unit and pay a higher price. They did nothing to apologize for their employees incompentence.

Then, we were quoted one rate for rent when we filled out our application, but yet when we signed the lease, it was a lot higher. We had to argue with them to get them to change it to the original rate, again, probably a mistake by their imcompentent employee.

Parking is a nightmare, we would never have a place to park if we didn t have a garage to park in front of and the majority of the cars never move. I haven t seen a few of them move once since we have been here.

Our unit needed a lot of repairs, and the repairs that were done, were done poorly. When they came to do the repairs, they either did them half a instead of really fixing it, or they didn t do it correctly at all. The overall craftsmanship of these units is poor anyway. They came one day to paint and didn t notify us they were coming, nor did they cover our stuff and got paint splatters all over our furniture and when we called the office, the office manager argued with us that they didn t get paint on our stuff.

The walls between the units are paper thin as well, we can hear everything from our neighbors above us and they are constantly blasting music or just being loud in general. We have complained about it several times and NOTHING has been done at all.

Needless to say, I can not wait until our lease is up so we can move out of this place! It s definitely not worth the money!
