In my opinion, these apartments are over priced for the amenities they have. They don't have amenities like tennis courts, valet trash pickup or free cable/internet that most of the near by apartments are offering. The swimming pool and car ... more

I work at RTP and find this community very convenient for work. I love the view from my apartment. I like to walk my dog on the walking trail and the pet park is great for letting him off leash!
