Coming from northern Virginia the price on this apartment was a steal, especially when you consider the golf course view, free storage unit, and great location. The apartments themselves, while not brand new, are in excellent condition and the crown moulding really enhances the living/dining areas. We liked that all our appliances are included and the maintenance staff is so courteous, kind, and efficient. We had some problems with our hot water heater, and there were several occasions where our maintenance staff came to our apt. at different times over the weekend when the call was only placed 2 hours earlier. Overall, my husband and I are extremely pleased we chose to go with Sterling Green and only hope our first house is half as nice.
