Sterling Green is drastically getting worse and worse. The service is terrible and everything is getting old and not being replaced.
The gym is embarrasing. The few things there are broken. One of the washers ahs been broken for 3 months even though we have complained a few times. There is only one grill which has yet to be cleaned in the last year nor have they put new charcoals in it. I feel like a caveman cooking over a 3 ft. flame.
The apartmetns was wonderful when I first moved in but the service has progressively gotten worse. The new manager Lisa does not care about the tenants unless youa re signinga lease.
Do yourself a favor and stay away. This complex is expensive and drastically falling behind the rest of the complexes in the area.
