Good - except for Train

Apartments are clean and of good quality, (built around 1997) with quality appliances.
Very personal staff. Always willing to work with you within their means. Lease terms tend to be long 9mths . Maintenance A
A little small on sq. footage for the price. Location makes for middle of Triangle but not close to anything.
Beware of the nearby Railway. The brevity of the horn blasts is overshadowed by the extreme volume.
Overall recommended: Yes, but... if you look hard you can find a more economical and convienent location with the same community quality
