I've lived here a few years and noticed that after we got the pool and the management office deck upgraded they cut the budget on a lot of things. We always had qualified friendly professional property managers and they replaced all that by going with someone who you would probably deal with at K-Mart. The new property manager gets angry pretty easy, she is very defensive and has no communication skills.

I am really turned off by many of the changes, what happened Bexley' You are better than this! Please let go of someone who is giving this great apartment complex a bad image.

I find that the new management team in the office is an upgrade from what we had before! What does upgrading the deck at the pool and fixing the pool have anything to do with who is in the office? And before you go saying something incompetent like,"Oh, you must work in the office if you post something like this". I do not work in the office, but i do work in the apartment industry, and i have to say that the staff has taken care of my wife and i more in the short time that they have been here, than the previous property manager. And who are you to determine if someone is qualified or not to do their job? Are you qualified to judge them on that? And to say that she has no communication skills is just crazy, you must have the personality of a rock if you cant talk with the ladies in the office, they are outgoing and on top of things. Granted i have had things go wrong in my apartment, but it's not like they didnt take care of it, and some things can be controlled so much by the office staff, stop being negative! Of course you focus on the bad things on here, because you know that they cant respond to you. Why dont you focus on the fact that the pool was upgraded, the deck is new, and the fact that they have a job to do as well, and they are trying to IMPROVE the property. Walk a mile in someone else's shoes sometime and see how you would handle it, my guess is that you would fold under the pressure
