I am only writing this so that potential residents will be aware, and hopefully so that the management here will see that they have a real problem on their hands. I have lived here for several years. I have never had any specific problems, other than sometimes the parking is overly crowded due to a specific resident abusing the "normal" spaces one would usually occupy. That's a whole different situation. I noticed another resident in the 2500 building has written a review as well, and they are right on the money. In this building of mostly 2 and 3 bedroom units, you would think it would be a more matire resident who appreciated the close proximity and that there are others in the same building- NOT SO MUCH! I hear nothing but constant barking of dogs, I come home to piles in the grass, sometimes you can actually smell the urine on the sidewalks, and from my third floor view, I often sit and watch the residents alow their animals to do their thing and just leave it. Not even a bag in hand, so you know they never intended to clean it up. As if that's not enough. now there is one unit with a family of several children. As much as I love kids, these have NO discipline. And who in the world thought it would be a good idea to put multiple young kids on the 2nd level. We hear them running and stomping and screaming all through the evening and night, and non-stop on the weekends when they aren't at school. I live ABOVE them, so I can only imagine the level of noise for the people below. Here's the deal- these are nice apartments, the amenities are great, the location is nice, it's just a matter of the residents having some common respect for the people around them, and the management being toughter on those who choose not to. It would be a great place to live if the people around me were as concious of themselves as I try to be.
