If you are moving here to have privacy, then you are going to be disappointed. You can hear everything that goes on in the units above and below you. From the residents who turn their music up too loud, even down to actual conversations. There is NO insulation in these units from sound, or temperature either for that matter. The exterior rooms will be 10 degrees warmer in the Summer, and cold in the Winter, so get ready for the electric bills... Parking is WAY too limitted. I have never lived in a complex that has an average of about 35 spaces per building, with 24 units in each building. Most people in the 2/3 bedrooms have more than one occupant and therefore multiple cars. You can never find a space to park that is close to your unit. The units are nice, the high ceilings, etc, but NOT a good overall place to live at all. I have nothing negative to say about the management team, other than they don't address the loud neighbors, and the ones who let their dogs crap everywhere and leave it. Aggrevating and disgusting as it may be, that's just the disrespect that some people show.
