Great Place to live...

I lived here for a year and a half. The management changed a few times during my stay, but all were wonderful. First off, I was able to haggle for my rent. The unit I lived in was a 2000 ft2 3bdrm with a 2-car garage. The going rent was $1725, with a 1-year lease, I haggled it to $1375 and 1 month free spread over 6 months. You do the math....what a deal! We ran into an unavoidable bug problem (millipedes) which you may of seen on the news. The management knocked another $300/mo off our rent for the duration of the problem even though it wasn't their fault, just an act of nature.
Overall, I would highly reccomend this place to anyone and everyone....and you just can't beat the location whether you work in Raleigh OR RTP. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
