Good and bad... what are you looking for'

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have been here since spring 2003. Here are my thoughts:
1. nice, large, fairly well maintained apartments
2. nice pool (but loud, and often usurped by children), internet connection in "office"
3. the leasing agents are the best, and they will go out of their way to help you
-new management in 2004, not so sure if I like it or not...
4. great location - raleigh, RTP,durham, and even cary are close; right by brier creek complex with super target, wal mart, pier 1, restaurants, movies, and lots more
5. don?t live anywhere near the car wash- it?s loud at all hours, especially weekends, despite posted signs and notes
6. the gates are super slow to open, and often broken.
7. The gym looks good, but both bikes are broken.
8. The advertised office copier is broken, no fax, so if you want this done you have to go during office hours and ask.
9. Keep in mind that you can not have ceiling fans here.
10. Overall, it?s tons better than anything else i?ve read about or seen.
