I lived here for a year in the 1450 sq(apprx.) 3 bedroom. the apartment itself are very nice with great fixtures and lights, and the nice size rooms. But if your going to live there I would greatly suggest not living anywhere near the car wash it is very very noisy !! and make sure none of your bedrooms and next to the metal stairs. our master bedroom was next to them and the whole year we lived there I heard people running up and down them all hours of the day and night!! And when it was time for us to renew they would not give us a deal and the rent was going up by about $30 a month so we decided instead of changing apartments to move. So if your lucky they may work with you depending on how full they are and how bad they want your money. But dont live near the car wash also very noisy and and make sure your apt. is not near the stairs! It does take a day or two for them to fix things.& We had mold growing around all of ours windows and they could never fix the problem it keep coming back. I was sick 9 times the year we lived there and my dr. thinks it was from all of the mold. So make sure to check the windows if your moving in !! There is also a huge problem with parking!! not enough spaces dont be surprised if you have to park in front of another building. And make sure your apartment is not over someone else garage!! the noise from them cranking up there car will literaly rattle you out of the bed!!!You would be better off to go around the cornor the Avera Place very nice and about the same price.
