I have lived in Oakwood for the past 3 years with my friends. Since getting the new management everything has been going well. In the past when we had problems that needed to be fixed, it would take a long time for them to come and take care of the problem. There are not any problems like that now. I had a problem with my heating system and they were right on it to get it fixed, they were then willing to compensate me! I would recommend people to seriously look into moving to Oakwood Raleigh
