Sure, it's gated, but the gates don't work half the time. Yes, there are garages, but VERY few of them, and they're not separate from the buildings so unless you live on top of it, you're probably not going to get one. When I wash my dishes, I can hear water dripping in the wall, so I imagine a pipe is leaking somewhere. The paint has started to crack on the walls and our bathtub creaks when we stand in it. The layout of the living room sucks so it's very hard to place furniture in it. All that said, I like the cosmetic part of the high ceilings and the crown molding, but that's about it for me.
