Management and office staff are not helpful at all. Any time they tell you something, you had better get it in writing because they like to conviently "forget" or deny what may have been told to you. Blame is constantly passed off on "untrained" employees or excuses are made for any answers. Apartments are nice and have some ok additions, but don't hold up to normal everyday useage. Some trash in parking lots and the breezeways are filthy - covered in cobwebs, dust, pollen, spiders, trash. THey should definately spend more time cleaning these areas because they are a nightmare.
