Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have lived at this complex for a year and a half and never had any problems. My neighbors are very nice and helpful and we've never had any noise problems. The maintainence staff has always been very helpful with the few problems that I had.
As for the post about the schools, that's why you do your research BEFORE you move in. It's not the complex's fault that your kids would go to Durham COunty Schools.
