I was going to move to this place as a friend
had recommended me. So I call in 2 times and each
time I got a different price range for the same place.

So at one point I said can I lock in the rate and
let me fax you my paperwork, and in 20 minutes
I fax, the manager says the rates have changed.
I was upset that she could not keep up her word for
20 minutes, what a shame.

Hi, I recently check out this property and actually came online to see what the reviews said. I understand that not every property is great and that each has its own good and bad qualities however in checking them out I do think that you must have posted on the wrong apartment because the manager is a guy. Hope this helps other people who want to check this property out too!

Regardless if it is a man or woman, it is apparent that whoever she spoke to DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!. I am in the market for a new apartment and it seems that everytime something negative is said, a positive response suspiciously follows. I hate to say it, but I know that the office staff keeps tabs on these things. I worked in an apatment complex before too. Focus on your tenants not the website. If you focus on the tenants, you won't have to worry about what they may say on the website.

When I visited, there were two people working (male and female). The units are different prices, even for the same layouts, depending on location. There are also multiple 1 and 2 bedroom layouts.
