I lived here two years much to my chagrin. Life's circumstances really did prevent me from moving any earlier and a six months lease here is like raping your checking account monthly. (Not to mention absurd for such ------ apartments.)

The "gated" community is laughable as they are either broken or always open. The rear gate where you dump trash has damaged my vehicle. There is no sense of security as the person in the vehicle behind you simply goes in too as you enter. What does this really accomplish by having a gate'

The trash dumpster is always backing up. I would hate to rent near there. Make sure you know where your apartment is located prior to signing the lease.

The only competent office staff is Jeanne and Vera. Phillip is notorious for saying he will do one thing and backing out later. Do not trust him!

Parking is atrocious. Broken vehicles everywhere. Don't expect to get parking near your house. Not to mention the darkness you have to walk through getting to your door. I would hate to be a single woman living there!

The neighbor's noise is so bad. Most people nowadays really don't care. The people stomped so hard, I had to vaccuum daily to get the plaster that would fall down from the ceiling. Music, arguing, screaming --- you name it, you heard it.

Maintenance is useless, and the only thing that they would do is ride around all day on golf carts smoking and littering their butts. The community however had the gall to post a notice about the grounds becomming trashy with cigarette butts highlighted. I guess they need to examine their own crew first.

Oh, and the grilling. Think you can't grill on a third floor' Guess again! The neighbors did it all the time. Management's response' "We have to catch them doing it." So when they all burn down, you can thank Phillip. Oh, my bad...that's why they make it a policy you have to have renter's insurance...to save their own ass.

I hope you like leaky sinks that maintenance can't fix and dirty carpets. Guess what' They don't clean the carpets before you move in!! JOY! You get to walk around in someone else's mess.

Don't pay big bucks for something like this place. Buy a home first.
