I'm a real person who lives at Bridges at WindRiver and I am about to renew my lease. I LOVE where i live. the grounds and buildings are beautiful my apartment is lovely .. and actually i got a friend to move in a couple buildings down and her place is great too. I've said on numerous occasions that I wish i could buy a townhouse here. Yes there were a few times when I had to call twice about a work order getting completed. But the work was done with no hassle. I've noticed there is a lot of turnover in the office. But I've honestly never had a problem. There are stragglers that wander in throughout the summer to use the pool which I think should be controlled. I've searched for many apartments in this area and this is a far cry from a gated ghetto.

The office staff when I was there was bad and had to move in the middle of the lease because of smoke issue in the bathroom and moved me across the street and they was to work with me on the transfer fees and they didn't at the end it pays to have all in writing and not word of mouth.
