Ive lived here 2 years. Now there is new management. They seem to be more out for a quick buck than concerned about keeping existing tennants. The place is great. I haven't heard alot of loud noise. I have a 5 year old, and the area is great for kids. I want to move up to a larger apartment, but they require me paying a market rate rent after I transfer apartments. Long story short, I will prob have to move away in order to move up. The rent does increase yearly, however, the area is very marketable. (I previoulsy lived in Chapel Hill, and my rent never increased).
It is in no way a gated-ghetto/project. Maintenance is great.
