Pretty good

I've only lived here a short time (a couple months), but the staff has been very friendly and helpful, particularly Michelle. This is also the most reasonably priced complex near the Brier Creek country club area (just outside of it). There is easy access to RTP, Raleigh, and Durham. The complex is right across from a FedEx facility, so if you wok there (I don't) you wouldn't even need a car to get to work.
The complex is very quiet (except for one neighbor with a yappy dog, though it is only heard when the owner takes it to go pee).
This is definitely a newer complex with modern amenities, including garden tubs in all but the smallest 1 bedroom units. This area is not cheap, but like most things, you get what you pay for, here it is security, convenience, and comfort. The complex is also pretty flexible about lease terms (duration), but like all of the other complexes in the area that even offer a shorter lease term, expect to pay a premium.
It is located about halfway between US-70 and I-40 with easy access to I-540 and right on the edge of RTP, easy access without the additional premium of being within the RTP borders. The complex is in Durham, but just barely, and while it isn't their fault, it may cause some problems with getting car tags.
