he building is fine, the grounds are fine, I wish we had a few more parking spaces or that they were assigned, but none of that matters since the management is horrible. They lose paperwork or ask for it multiple times when they have already received it. They tell you one thing and then you receive a paperwork that says something else entirely. There is no drop slot for rent and the office doesn't open until 10..11 on weekends and closes at 5:30. I wish I could go to work at 10 and come home at 5:30 but I work. When do I pay my rent' Do I mail it every month' They already hiked my rent up 35% what if I can't afford stamps. ------ (property manager) is extremely condescending and she will not schedule appointments. Most (not all) of the staff is mediocre at best. They have no idea what they are talking about and very often give false information. Maintenance is thorough if they are told when their appointments are. If you schedule an appointment online they don't show up. Ever. The front office is really seriously terrible and leading the idiotic parade is ------. I have had multiple run ins with her and so have every single one of my neighbors.

Dear Concerned Resident,
I encourage you to come in to meet and discuss your concerns. I am always open to meeting to discuss resident's concerns and hope that you will call the office to set up an appointment. Our company, Babcock and Brown Residential, has made changes to due to the changing economy. The drop box was removed as a company decision which was implemented company wide in November. You can schedule automatic pay through your bank, set up a automatic credit card payment through the office, drop off your payment during normal office hours or you are welcome to turn it on the 5th of the month when we open our doors at 8am and stay open until 7pm. As was noted in the January newsletter, the website which appointments are made through for service has been corrected and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience which occurred while it was not funcitoning properly. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please contact the office during normal business hours and we will be happy to assist you.
