At first the apartments looked very attractive inside and out. The office staff were very nice right up until I gave them the first rent check and signed the lease, it went all down hill from there.

The walls are very thin, I complained about my neighbor's music at night which kept me and my kids up most of the night. I informed the office and they told me that they will contact my neighbor. Weeks went by and nothing was done. I spoke to the manager and told her that this arrangement is not working out for my family, my kids get up very early in the morning for school. I pay a lot of money for my apartment and if this is not fixed I will move to Brier Creek. The manager got up and pulled up my lease and told me there are plenty of people waiting to get your apartment. She said, the only solution I have for you is to end your lease. I ended my lease and paid the $2500 left on my lease and moved to The Legends. Instead of saving a few bucks per month by not living in Brier Creek, I ended up paying more at the end!

Dear Anonymous, I am very sorry to hear of your unfortunate situation however I ask that you please call on Tuesday and ask to speak with the Property Manager. I am not sure who you spoke to but I can assure you that I am not familiar with your situation and would like to speak with you personally. We value all our clients and I again can assure you that I have never and will never tell a client that the only solution is to break the lease. There are indeed other options which I would have been happy to explore with you and your family. Again, please call the office on Tuesday during normal business hours. Thank you, A. I just hope this does not happen to someone else. I am not recommending your company's apartments to any of my friends or students. I know your company has many properties in the triangle region but this one has to be by far the worst office staff I have ever encountered. There are nothing but negative reviews about this staff on apartmentrating.com..which does not surprise me.
