The rudeness from the staff of this complex is quite unusual. It seems they have no training in customer service. They are disorganized and very difficult to resolve issues with. This is as of February 15th, 2003. There is also a very high turnover in office staff, which generally means bad things for customer service. There are many well managed and new apartment complexes in the RTP area -- I would sincerely recommend avoiding this one (I certainly would not send a friend here).
