After living here for a year and a half, I have received shoddy service the entire time. I was promised a "Business Center" equiped with computers to access internet, word processing etc., and a fax machine. Shortly after moving in, this room was locked up and never reopened. I had a sudden leak in my faucet that produce a dime width stream of water (I pay for the water). I called for service immediately and after repeated calls did not have it fixed for 3 DAYS!! Meanwhile gallons upon gallons piled up my water bill. My water bill was typically $20-25, after this incident was $65. They only offered to pay $25. The Barbecue grills that are plentiful around the complex were always empty. I have never seen anyone replace or refill a tank on any of them. I made notice to the management and they replied that they would be filled in 3-4 weeks. The laundry room and fitness room are accessible via electronic key cards. 2 months ago out of the blue they changed the codes without telling anyone. Come to find out that we had to get our cards recoded which would take 2 weeks. Office staff is rude and uncaring. Particularly one woman named Dawn. She is very rude and nasty.
